It's Recyclables Collection Day

Snowing very lightly and 18.7 degrees at 5:30 a.m.

The TWCNY Weather Forecast:

"Scattered Snow Showers,  Bitter Cold Returns.

Today will be breezy with plenty of clouds and scattered snow showers. Despite all of that, it won't be as cold with highs in the low 30s.

A cold front will work in as early as tonight and could bring a relatively brief period of moderate/heavy snow. Once we get behind this front on Thursday, not only will it be colder in the low teens, but a few lake effect flurries and snow showers are expected to set up south/southeast of Lake Ontario.

A couple of snow showers remain in the forecast Friday and temperatures should rebound closer to 20 degrees. At this point, the weekend looks unsettled and cold with highs near 30 on Saturday and in the 10s/near 20 Sunday."
