The TWCNY Weather Forecast:
"Cold Start/ Better Finish, Quiet Work Week.
Despite the absolutely frigid start to the day, we'll actually end up seeing afternoon highs in the low 20s with plenty of sun.
Our weather remains uneventful on Thursday with highs in the upper 20s and just a few extra clouds in the mix. Thursday night/heading into Friday a cold front is expected to swing through with a few snow showers. On the back side of this front, highs will be closer to 20 degrees for the end of the week and then temperatures look to rebound into the 30s this weekend."
