At Midnight it's 19.8 degrees and dry.

The TWCNY Weather Forecast:

"Cold and Breezy New Year, Lake Snow Showers Continue.

Lake snow is expected to continue northeast and then east of Lake Ontario today and tonight. Outside of the lake effect, today will be partly sunny, blustery and cold with highs between 25 and 30 and wind chills in the teens.

After the passage of a front tonight, winds will turn into the northwest allowing lake snow showers to settle to the south by Friday. Friday will be breezy and cold with scattered snow showers. High temperatures on Friday will be close to 30.
After a mainly dry Saturday, a wintry mix will develop Saturday evening into Saturday night.  As milder air works in, mixed precipitation should transition over to rain showers on Sunday as temperatures climb into the 40s. Much colder air is expected to build back in next week with highs in the 20s."
