Because there will be a Public Hearing next Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Municipal Hall in re: the REZONING of the property at 381 Putnam Street from Industrial to Planned Residential with possible subsequent construction of three apartment buildings proposed by presumed purchaser Mr. David Sullivan, I visited him at his office at KDHomes, yesterday, where he invited me to take a picture of the proposed layout of the structures and parking areas before he delivered the plan to Municipal Hall.
There has been a great deal of discussion about shape, size and arrangement of the proposed buildings. I hope that these pictures will answer some questions.
PROPERTY LAYOUT
(It was a very large drawing, and this is as clear as I can make the image.
I added the letter designations. Please click to enlarge.)
He also gave me the following views.
Buildings A & B contain four apartments each
and each apartment is on a single level.
The front of Buildings A & B face each other across a narrow sidewalk.
This would be the view of Buildings A & B from Putnam Street.
View of Building A from Conger Avenue.
Building C - with accessible ground-floor apartment - lines up in a row with the three existing structures.
